For landlords and letting agents with a requirement for frequent  maintenance works, we offer a tailored package which offers volume discounts, electrical (NICEIC), Gas (Corgi) safety certification periodical and priority bookings. Fixed prices for jobs we can reasonably estimate which are over 8 man hours in duration.
