Our business was founded in 2005 when we decided that there was a large gap in the area of
contract services. We found that we could easily eleviate the pressures faced by landords in areas such as maintenance
and refurbishment. For private customers there was a growing need for reliable teams like ourselves who could easily
handle small jobs like fixing a broken shelf to more complex jobs like a total house/flat refurbishment, including fitting
new kitchen, total electrical re-wire, complete central heating install, bathroom and flooring.
TMC Ltd (the merchant chest Ltd) offer a contract based service to private and public
sector clients. We currently have a public and private client base that includes estate agents: Streets Ahead, Townends,
Barnard Marcus, Winkworth and a number of private clients.
